This project selected by FEGMENT Art organization, exhibited "City of Dreamers" 2009 take place @ Governors Island of New York City. The out door show runs from June 12 through October 11, 2009. Professor Faustino Quintanilla, who are the director of QCC art gallery of City University of New York said, "Baatar's 45-foot sculpture two interlocking circles modeled after the "Toono" is designed for people to walk through. " Visitors enter the structure through the narrow space between its two sections and must adapt themselves to their surroundings, as water flows around and over the structure and a series of lamps illuminate it from within. The body has to be adapted to the space; you have to become part of the space," Quintanilla said describing the sculpture's structure. It is symbolic, he said, for how immigrants come to the United States and learn to adjust to a new culture and become part of it. Just as people must adjust and morph their bodies to fit into the sculpture, immigrants are doing the same.
